Mr. Jing Luo, CFA, is a Investment Director of Equities at Value Partners Ltd. He is also a member of the Value Partners Research and Portfolio Management Team.
He joined the firm in June 2017 as Fund Manager and re-positioned as Senior Fund Manager after probation.
He was promoted to his current role in January 2023.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Luo was most recently an Associate Director of HSBC Global Asset management (HK) focusing on China investments.
Before that, he was a Portfolio Manager of Bosera Asset Management focusing on A-share mandates for institutional clients including pension funds and insurance firms.
Earlier, he was an Executive Director at the research department of China International Capital Corporation (“CICC”) covering China’s banking sector in both A- and H-share markets.
He also had stints with Guotai Junan International and First Shanghai Securities as analysts.
He graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University with a Master’s degree in Economics and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in China with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts.
He is a CFA charterholder.
