Mr. Ruffalo is the founder of Ruffalo Benson LLC.
He is currently a Founding Director of Tower Bank.
In addition to Tower Bank, he also serves on the Board of Directors of Steel Dynamics, Kitty Hawk, Inc., Beltmenn Transportation Group, Parkview Health Corp.
and DeKalb Plastics.
He served as the president and CEO of North American Van Lines, Fort Wayne, Indiana from 1988 through 1993.
He has also held executive positions at PepsiCo, Squibb Corporation, and Reynolds Aluminum.
In 1994, he served as a consulting executive selected to assist Russia in efforts to privatize government owned industries.
He has been a faculty member of the Graduate Business Program at Indiana/Purdue University in Fort Wayne.
He has held many community leadership positions including the Chairmanship of the Fort Wayne Park Board.
Mr. Ruffalo is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
