Ms. Kelly Waldrop is Operations Manager at Waypoint Advisors LLC.
She was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the United States' oldest honor society, and Alpha Kappa Delta honor society.
In her senior year, she was selected to conduct independent Honors research on a topic of her choosing.
Her work, Man the Guns: Gender and Rituals in Military Institutions, was awarded High Honors by a panel of William and Mary professors.
She also spent one semester studying transitioning socialist economies at the Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education of Charles University (CERGE) in Prague, Czech Republic.
Prior to attending The College of William and Mary, Ms. Waldrop served in the United States Marine Corps as an electronics technician reaching the rank of Corporal.
During her service she received a Meritorious Unit Commendation (MUC) and a Good Conduct Award.
A native of Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
Ms. Waldrop began her undergraduate studies at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
She transferred to The College of William and Mary in her sophomore year where she majored in both economics and sociology and graduated Summa Cum Laude in May of 2007.
