Wodicka is a Principal & Co-Founder at Eightfold Real Estate Capital LP.
Mr. Wodicka has worked in various facets of commercial real estate for the past over 37 years.
Prior to forming Eightfold, Mr. Wodicka was employed by LNR Partners, (“LNR”), the Real Estate Finance and Servicing Group of LNR Property as its Director of Investment Management for the Real Estate Finance and Servicing Group.
He joined Lennar Partners (the predecessor to all of LNR’s special servicing and CMBS business) in 1994 and worked on nearly all of LNR’s purchases of nonperforming loan portfolios and CMBS.
Mr. Wodicka’s responsibilities included identifying and evaluating new issue and secondary market CMBS opportunities, monitoring and managing the credit of its existing portfolio of CMBS investments, and maintaining LNR’s rapport with the rating agencies’ CMBS surveillance and servicer rating groups.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Wodicka worked for Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. in real estate and corporate finance, arranging debt and equity capital for its real estate and corporate clients.
Before Morgan Stanley, he worked in institutional real estate sales with CB Richard Ellis in New York City.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Chicago.
