During his time at Gemini Luke completed over a dozen platform investment, add-on, financing and recapitalization transactions and served as a Board Director for ten portfolio companies, working closely with independent sponsors, co-investors and executives to drive growth and value creation initiatives.
Prior to Gemini, Luke worked at a boutique advisory firm where he supported merger and acquisition transactions across a broad range of industries.
Luke earned his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College where he competed on the Division I Alpine Ski Team.
