Francis is a Head of Compliance, Risk Management & Administration at Montanaro Asset Management Ltd. He joined Montanaro in October 2006, and was appointed Compliance Officer in April 2010.
He started his career when he joined the Far East Desk of Schroder Investment Management where he was responsible for World (ex Japan) equities for a Japanese client base.
Having left Schroders, Mr. Francis moved on to cover Client Relations at a boutique long short hedge fund start up before spending two years as a Senior Performance Analyst at Henderson Global Investors.
Mr. Francis holds a degree in Banking and Finance in 1994 from the University of Central England.
