Melissa Chia joined Tishman Speyer in 2015 and currently oversees the company’s global risk and compliance program.
In this role, she manages a team of regional compliance officers in the United States, the United Kingdom, China, and Brazil.
She is also a member of the global ESG Committee.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, she was the global head of anti-corruption compliance at JP Morgan Chase.
Previously, Melissa spent over 10 years in various senior global compliance positions at Morgan Stanley, as well as within their investment management compliance team.
She holds a summa cum laude BA from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law..
