Nishant joined Kedaara Capital in 2022.
Prior to joining Kedaara Capital, he was working as an Associate Director with the global investment firm, Temasek Holdings, in its Mumbai office.
He has spent his time across sectors throughout the lifecycle of the company and has experience across both private equity and public markets investing.
Previously, he was working with HSBC’s Investment Banking Division primarily advising on cross border mergers & acquisitions.
Nishant is extremely passionate about finding and backing exceptional businesses and entrepreneurs/ management through their journey.
Some of his key investments include Pharmeasy (including acquisition of Thyrocare, Medlife, Aknamed), Dr. Agarwals Eye Care, Maruti Suzuki, Infosys, Dehaat, Ola Electric, O2Power.
Nishant has completed his MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and B.Tech in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
He has been a rank holder at both institutions.
