Cahill, CFA, is a Founding Partner & Portfolio Manager at NorthPointe Capital LLC.
He is a Chief Investment Officer and architect of the Large Cap Value strategy.
His unquestioned ability to build and manage a consistent and adaptive active large cap strategy has been a cornerstone for the firm.
His talents are not limited to the large cap space as he teams with the small cap portfolio managers in assessing risk and defining responsibility.
Credibility is earned in the asset management business and he has certainly earned that from his peers.
Mr. Cahill came to NorthPointe from Loomis Sayles, where he served as Vice President and Director of Quantitative Research since 1997.
Before joining Loomis, he worked for Bank of America for 5 years beginning in 1993.
Mr. Cahill received his BA from the University of Notre Dame and is a CFA Charterholder.
