Profil

Rahul is a Director, supporting GenNx360 Capital Partners since November 2007.
In his current role, Rahul leads and manages the team which undertakes assessments of potential investments and business and operational analytics of portfolio companies to improve value creation.
He also leads financial assessments to determine future strategies, accounting and taxation for the management company and funds, preparation of financial reports and capital statements, assisting on capital call and distribution allocations, banking transaction support, documentary compliances, and management of IT assets, systems, policies and procedures.
Rahul works with the Managing Partners in undertaking strategic assessment of the fund portfolio, fund valuations, and portfolio exit assessments.
He is also closely involved in the fundraising activities.
Prior to GenNx360, Rahul was a Vice President at Genpact and worked across various roles in analytics operations, business development and transition management.
At Genpact, he set up and led a private equity analytics team, created and implemented a project/market analysis and turbine pricing model for a global wind turbine manufacturer, designed and transitioned an offshore service delivery solution encompassing credit research, business research, market risk, financial modelling, and risk operations support for a US-based oil and gas company for which he was awarded the prestigious Platinum Award.
Rahul has experience across private equity investments, strategic analysis and consulting, infrastructure project analysis, and power generation.
His past jobs were at CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory and Reliance Industries Limited.
Rahul received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune (India) and his M.B.A. in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune (India)
