Prior to joining Cornerstone Advisory Partners, Mr. Novak has extensive experience in the Retail Trade Industry as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Joseph Horne Co., Inc. Joseph Horne is an upscale retail chain with 17 locations in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
He managed operations for 3,200 employee and was a member of the Executive Committee.
Mr. Novak earned a Bachelors of Science in Economics from Rutgers University.
He has served on the Boards of UNC-Greensboro, School of Human Environmental Sciences, Guilford County Partnership for Children, and North Carolina Manufacturer’s Association.
Currently, he is a member of the University of North Carolina-Wilmington Cameron Executive Network.
