Mr. Bair has been in the financial services industry since 1987.
Previously, he was a US Army Officer commanding a field artillery battery with NATO in Europe.
After beginning his career in finance with a regional brokerage firm, Mr. Bair managed individual and institutional portfolios for a Maryland investment management boutique before joining PSA in 1995.
He is a registered investment advisor, holds a bachelor of arts degree from Western Maryland College and a master of science in finance (M.S.F.) from Loyola College in Maryland.
