At Hokkaido Tohoku Development Public Finance Corporation, Mr. Kudoh took charge of loans and credit analysis operations for general manufacturing industry, inn and hotel industry and resort industry.
Subsequently, he was engaged in large-scale and public-private cooperation type project finance business.
After the Development Bank of Japan (DBJ) was established in 1999, he was involved in general loan operations, credit risk management of the entire DBJ, securities management and corporate rehabilitation-related operations.
After serving as the General Manager of the DBJ Legal and Compliance Division, since September 2007 he has been in the current post.
Graduated from University of Hokkaido, Faculty of Law.
