Scott Fertig has been Chief Information Officer of Gartner, Inc. since August 2002.
Prior to joining Gartner, he was a Principal at Narrowcast Partners.
Prior to joining Narrowcast Partners in July 2001, he was Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer of TechRepublic.
From December 1996 to April 2000, he founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Mirror World Technologies.
He received a BA degree from Hampshire College and a Master of Science and Master of Philosophy degree in Computer Science from Yale University.
