Profil

Sophie joined Ravenscroft in November 2017 as receptionist before being promoted to office manager the following year.
In 2019, Sophie moved into the human resources team and has since obtained both her CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 Certificate’s in Human Resources Practice through CIPD.
She was educated at Les Beaucamps High School and then went on become a fully qualified hairdresser in 2011.
Before travelling Australia in 2014, Sophie worked for MitonOptimal Portfolio Management (CI) Limited and then on her return she worked within the banking and also investment management sector as an analyst and fund administrator.
Sophie covers all aspects within HR at Ravenscroft as a HR Generalist.
