Prior to joining Provident Investment Counsel in 1999, Ms. Perkins was a portfolio manager and analyst with ARCO Investment Management Co. She also held positions as the director of southeast research at Raymond James & Associates, and vice president of E.F.
Hutton & Co.
Ms. Perkins earned her BS degree from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.
