Profil
Terry Browne is a Managing Partner of Tritium Partners, and is responsible for the finance, legal, regulatory compliance, administrative and investor relations functions for Tritium and our managed funds, as well as providing legal and operational support to Tritium portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Tritium, Terry spent over nine years as Chief Operations Officer at Amherst Holdings and Amherst Securities, which specialize in serving institutional investors in mortgage-related assets.
At Amherst, he was responsible for organizational operations, legal and new business structuring matters, and was instrumental in starting Amherst’s asset management business.
He also served as the President of Amherst Derivatives Trading, and on the board of directors of Amherst's Hong Kong affiliate.
Previously, Terry was Interim CEO and CFO & General Counsel of COVEGA Corporation (opto-electronic component developer); General Counsel of Partners First Holdings, LLC (credit card affiliate of Bank of Montreal); Associate, Mayer Brown; and Senior Attorney, Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
Mr. Browne received his MBA from Johns Hopkins University, JD from Boston University, and BA, magna cum laude, from University at Albany.
He is an active supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and a former member of the Board of Directors of JDRF’s Austin chapter.
