Diplômée en finance de la prestigieuse école HEC en 1995, elle commence sa carrière la même année à la banque Indosuez (désormais intégrée dans les activités de banque d’affaires et de financement du groupe Crédit Agricole).
Elle est secrétaire générale et membre du comité de direction du groupe Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux de 2000 à 2004 avant d’en occuper le poste de directrice marketing et de devenir membre du Comité de Management Européen.
C’est en 2008 qu’elle rejoint le groupe Amundi avec pour mission de lancer et développer l’expertise du gestionnaire d’actif dans le domaine de la gestion passive et des fonds de placement négociés en bourse. En 2013, elle devient responsable du métier ETF, Indiciel et Smart Beta. Elle devient présidente du Collège des investisseurs institutionnels de Paris Europlace et membre du comité stratégique de l’AFG en 2019.
À l’issue de l’assemblée générale du 10 mai 2021, elle deviendra directrice générale d’Amundi et succédera à Yves Perrier qui deviendra président du conseil d’administration.
