Mr. William C.
Theriault, CFA MBA, is a Portfolio Manager at ClearBridge Investments LLC.
Prior to the Citigroup/Legg Mason exchance, which resulted in the formation of ClearBridge, Mr. Theriault joined Smith Barney Inc. in 1994 working with the Corporate Planning and Analysis group.
In 1996 he joined Citigroup Asset Management predecessor firm Greenwich Street Advisors as a portfolio manager for Large Capitalization Core portfolios.
He co-managed the Large Capitalization Core portfolios with fellow portfolio manager Chad Graves.
As an integral part of his portfolio manager role, his analytical responsibilities centered on the stocks of technology and financial companies.
A graduate of the University of Rochester, Mr. Theriault received a BA in economics and an MBA in finance and corporate accounting.
Additionally, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and Research.
