Jhirad is a Head of Risk & Quantitative & Derivatives Strategies at Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc., a Vice President at Cohen & Steers Quality Income Realty Fund, Inc., Cohen & Steers REIT & Preferred & Income Fund, Inc., Cohen & Steers Total Return Realty Fund, Inc. and at Cohen & Steers Closed-End Opportunity Fund, Inc.
