He is Chairman for Summerlea Golf & Country Club, Inc. Mr. Bourassa is also on the board of Savaria Corp., 5N Plus, Inc., Silver Cross Automotive, Inc. and Centre D’Action Bénévole L’Actuel.

In the past he held the position of President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Bourassa Boyer, Inc., Chief Financial Officer at BioCapital Investment Advisors, Inc. and President-Palliative Care Residence at Vaudreuil-Soulanges Palliative Care Residence.

Mr. Bourassa received an undergraduate degree from HEC Montréal.
