Mr. Roger J. Sit is Chief Executive Officer & Global Chief Investment Officer at Sit Investment Associates, Inc.

He serves as chairman of the board of the Minnesotans' Military Appreciation Fund, a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization co-founded in 2005 by Gene Sit.

He was an officer in the U.S. Air Force.

He received graduation from the U.S. Air Force Academy with military distinction in 1984 and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
