COMMUNIQUE DU 15 OCTOBRE 2012

Les actionnaires de BCI Navigation sont informés que la société holding BCI n'a pas reçu les fonds qu'un investisseur s'était engagé à verser, fonds nécessaires à la  continuité d'exploitation.

En conséquence les sociétés du Groupe BCI (BCI SA, BCI NAVIGATION SA, BCI CARTO SA et BCI DATA SAS) ont été placées ce lundi 15 octobre 2012 en redressement judiciaire par le Tribunal de Commerce d'Evry (Essonne).

La situation sera réexaminée par le Tribunal de Commerce d'Evry le 10 décembre 2012. D'ici là, tous les efforts sont faits pour trouver un investisseur de substitution.
