Neff, CPA CFP, is Wealth Manager at Balasa Dinverno Foltz LLC.
Prior to joining Balasa Dinverno Foltz , he spent 13 years as co-founder, President, and Chief Investment Officer of a successful local wealth management firm, specializing in the issues facing retirees and business owners.
He has been a frequent speaker on financial topics and has written for Financial Planning magazine.
Mr. Neff received his BA degree in Accounting (1981) from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA in Finance (1990) from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
He received his CPA certification (1986) and his Certified Financial Planner certification (1992) from the International Board of Certified Financial Planners.
