Prior to joining Manhattan Pacific Partners, Mr. Barnes had been with WMG Capital.
Mr. Barnes has a background in investment and merchant banking that includes working with large corporate issuers, financial sponsors, growth companies and startups in a number of industries.
He has executed transactions under a variety of financing structures for both public and private companies.
Prior to joining WMG Capital, his most recent experience was at the Cappello Group and previously at Banc of America Securities in San Francisco.
Mr. Barnes graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in three years with a B.A. in Development Studies.
He lives with his wife, Kristi, in San Francisco.
