David Inglis joined Flashline in 2000 as executive vice president and became president and COO in March 2002.
Prior to coming to Flashline, Inglis spent 18 years practicing corporate law at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP, a 150-lawyer firm based in Cleveland.
His practice concentrated on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, and his clients ranged from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
He served for five years as chairman of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group, the firm's largest practice area, and was a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
Inglis earned his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University in 1979 and graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1982.
Inglis serves as a director of San Francisco 49ers, Inc. and Six Sigma Qualtec, Inc., a business consulting firm based in Phoenix, and sits on the boards of several non-profit institutions in the Cleveland area.
