Edwards), TimesTen (acquired by Oracle), Wily (acquired by CA), and System Access (acquired by SunGard).
He currently represents TVM Capital on the boards of ExtendMedia, Inc. and Impress Software Solutions, Inc.

in computer science from Boston University.
