Ms. Frauke Steglich is a Research Assistant at Kiel Institute for the World Economy.
She joined the Kiel Institute for the World Economy (IfW) in 2016.
Since November 2020, she has been the Managing Director of the Poverty Reduction, Equity and Growth Network (PEGNet).
She is a Research Fellow at the Kiel Centre for Globalization (KCG) and part of the Research Network Sustainable Global Supply Chains.
Her research interests lie in the field of empirical international economics and development, with a focus on foreign direct investment, global value chains, and corporate social responsibility.
Before joining the IfW, she did a research internship at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in Vienna.
She is a doctoral candidate in Quantitative Economics at Kiel University and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Kiel University.
