He was also Senior Portfolio Manager at Dewey Square Investors Corporation and World Asset Management.
Dr. Meltzer received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Arts in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and also a Ph.D.
in Economics from the University of Virginia.
