Graeme is Chief Operating Officer of Pemberton and a board member of Pemberton Capital Advisors LLP and Pemberton Asset Management S.A.
Prior to joining Pemberton in 2021, he was the COO of BC Partners, a leading private equity firm, where he was a Partner and Executive Committee member.
He was responsible for leading the operational functions and firm governance over seven years at the firm.
During this time of significant development, he was integral to the successful establishment of the private credit and real estate businesses.
In his career spanning more than 30 years, Graeme was previously finance director at Ashmore Group plc -a leading listed emerging market asset manager, finance director at Evolution Group plc – a UK mid cap broking business, and held business management, finance and operations roles at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs in London and Asia following his qualification as a chartered accountant.
