Ms. Jacqueline Wu is a Vice President at First Principles Capital Management LLC.
She has over 13 years of structured finance, alternative investments and financial advisory experience.
Since joining FPCM in 2013, she has worked in the structured and alternative investments group wherein she has focused on building esoteric products through analysis of legal structures, modeling returns and cash flows, and marketing to potential investors.
Prior to joining FPCM, Ms. Wu worked at Sevara Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on M&A, capital raising and portfolio restructuring for financial institutions.
Before Sevara, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, in the Advisory – Forensic Services group where she specialized in accounting fraud investigation and litigation.
Ms. Wu earned her Bachelor in Business Administration degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
