Mr. Mark J.

Mr. Daniels graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in Astrophysical Sciences.
He completed his Master's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Princeton, where he received the highest GPA and academic standing in the graduating class.

The firm has also co-invested with other well-established investment firms. Brookwood does not participate directly in the day-to-day operations of their portfolio companies but they do provide strategic, managerial and financial counsel, usually through representation on a company's board of directors. Typical investments range from $2 million to $10 million. Investments are usually structured in the form of preferred equity or convertible debt.
