Before entering the trust and investment field she and her husband co-founded Foley's Bakery in Portland.
Ms. Foley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics or Physics from St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana.
She also studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
She is a native of Michigan and moved to Maine in 1992 with her husband and two sons.
