Mr. Chizh joined Littlejohn in 2005 from the investment banking division of Rothschild Inc., where he served as an Analyst in the Restructuring Group.
At Rothschild he was involved in evaluating strategic alternatives for distressed companies and creditors across a broad range of industries and executing transactions including in- and out-of-court restructurings, recapitalizations, mergers & acquisitions and financings.
Mr. Chizh received an M.A. degree in International Economics and Finance from the Brandeis International Business School in 2003 and a B.A. degree with High Honors in Economics, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University in 2002.
