He was previously with Merrill Lynch as a Senior Underwriter, where he was an underwriter for large loan CMBS real estate transactions.
From 2002-2005, he was employed by Global Principal Investments as a Senior Underwriter, where he was an underwriter for institutional real estate transactions between $30 million and $2.2 billion throughout the United States and Mexico.
Mr. Michelson began his career with KTR Newmark Real Estate Services as a senior appraiser from 1991-1996.
Mr. Michelson graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S.
degree in Finance and Accounting.
