Steven is a founding team member and a Managing Director at Exeter Capital.
Prior to Exeter, Steven spent 35 years at Advent International, where he was a Managing Partner.
He joined Advent in 1985 and was integral in building the firm.
He held senior leadership positions including Chairman of the Executive Committee, CEO of Advent International plc, and Head of Advent Europe and served on the Executive Committee for 15 years.
He worked on over 50 investments and served on the boards of many of these companies.
He started his career with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York.
Steven earned a BS, with distinction, from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
