Four new members appointed to the Board of Directors

Altran's Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, presided by Group Chairman and Chief Executive Philippe Salle, was held in the presence of the members of the Board of Directors on 1 June 2012 in Paris.

Among the resolutions adopted on this occasion were those concerning the appointment of four new members of the Board of Directors, Mrs Florence Parly, Mrs Nathalie Rachou, Mr Christian Bret and Mr Hans-Georg Härter, for a period of four years.

The Board of Directors comprises ten members, of which four are now independent and three are women.
