Alejandro Yemenidjian

Alejandro Yemenidjian is the founder of Integral Associates Ii, LLC (founded in 2014), Armenco Capital LLC (founded in 2013), Armenco Restaurant Group LLC (founded in 2014), and Integral Associates LLC (founded in 2019).
He is currently the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Tropicana Las Vegas, Inc., the Non-Executive Chairman of Guess?, Inc., and a Trustee of Baron Select Funds and Baron Investment Funds Trust.
Mr. Yemenidjian has held former positions as the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc. (1997-2005), Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Tropicana Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Inc. (2009-2015), Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Armenco Holdings LLC (2005-2020), Chief Executive Officer of Tropicana Entertainment Holdings LLC, Non-Executive Chairman of Oshidori International Holdings Ltd.
