Presently, Chi Chung Shum holds the position of Chief Financial Officer & Secretary at China Lilang Ltd. Mr. Shum is also Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In the past Mr. Shum held the position of Joint Chief Financial Officer & Secretary at Yue Da International Holdings Ltd., Secretary for Sky Chinafortune Holdings Group Ltd., Secretary & Financial Controller for Uni-Bio Science Group Ltd. and Secretary of Dream International Ltd.

He received an undergraduate degree from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
