Rogério Manuel Fernandes Ferreira is the founder of RFF & Associates, which was founded in 2012.

He previously worked as a Member-Supervisory Board at Banco Espirito Santo SA. Mr. Fernandes Ferreira received his undergraduate degree in 1987, his graduate degree in 1990, and his PhD in 1991 from the Portuguese Catholic University.
