In his past career Mr. Kurilin was Chief Executive Officer at RN Management, Director-Corporate Affairs & Interaction at BP Exploration Operating Co. Ltd., Commercial Director at BP Exploration Co. Ltd. and Commercial Director at BP Trading Ltd.

Mr. Kurilin received an undergraduate degree from Moscow State University Lomonosov and an MBA from The California State University.
