A PROPOS DE LA SITUATION FINANCIERE DE BCI NAVIGATION

Les actionnaires de BCI Navigation sont informés que la trésorerie nécessaire à l'activité de la société a été sécurisée à la date du 3 janvier 2012. Cette sécurisation couvre la période (avant fin juin 2012) de levée des fonds (à hauteur de 10 MUS$) au profit de la société BCI qui s'engage à soutenir ses filiales BCI Carto et BCI Navigation jusqu'à leur autonomie financière. Il est recommandé de lire ou relire le communiqué de presse du 19 décembre 2011 faisant état de la création d'une co-entreprise Scaale/BCI Navigation et d'une levée de fond au profit de la société BCI.
