Réuni en séance ordinaire ce jour, le Conseil d'administration de Bondpartners S.A. a pris connaissance du fait que son président, M. Henri Plomb, ne sera pas candidat à un nouveau mandat au sein du Conseil, après plus de 40 années d'exercice. M. Christian Plomb, administrateur, présentera sa candidature à la présidence, lors de la prochaine Assemblée générale de la Société.

Bondpartners SA's Board of directors held, today, an ordinary meeting and become aware of the decision of its chairman, Mr Henri Plomb, not to run for a new yearly term on the Board, after more than 40 years of service. Mr Christian Plomb, member of the Board, will present his candidacy as chairman during the next general shareholders' meeting.
