Frankfurt, 10. Februar 2023 - Der Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende der Elanix Biotechnologies AG ("Gesellschaft", "Elanix") Marco Christen hat dem Vorstand mitgeteilt, dass Yves Bonnard sein Aufsichtsratsmandat aus beruflichen Gründen niedergelegt hat.

Der Vorstand bedankt sich bei Yves Bonnard für sein Engagement im Aufsichtsrat.

Das Amtsgericht Berlin hat Nachfolger bestellt, nachdem der Vorstand einen geeigneten Kandidaten vorgeschlagen hatte.

Der Aufsichtsrat der Elanix Biotechnologies AG ("Gesellschaft", "Elanix") hat durch gerichtlichen Beschluss Jean-Frederic Berthoud mit sofortiger Wirkung zum Mitglied des Aufsichtsrates bestellt.

Heute hat der Aufsichtsrat von Elanix Marco Christen als Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats und Murielle Michetti als stellvertretende Vorsitzende Jean- Frédéric Berthoud als neues Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats ernannt und willkommen geheißen. Herr Berthoud wird als pensionierter Direktor des Wirtschaftsdepartements des Kantons Waadt eine wertvolle Bereicherung für die strategische Entwicklung von Elanix sein.

ELANIX BIOTECHNOLOGIES AG: RESIGNATION AND NOMINATION IN THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

Frankfurt, Feb 10, 2023 - The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Elanix Biotechnologies AG ("Company", "Elanix") Marco Christen notified the CEO that Yves Bonnard resigned from the Supervisory Board due to work commitments.

The Management Board would like to thank Yves Bonnard for his engagement for the Supervisory Board.

The District Court in Berlin has appointed successors, following the Board's proposal of one suitable candidate.

The Supervisory Board of Elanix Biotechnologies AG ("Company", "Elanix") has nominated by juridical order Jean-Frederic Berthoud to become member of the Supervisory Board with immediate effect.

Today, the Elanix Supervisory Board Marco Christen as Chairman of the Board and Murielle Michetti as Vice Chairman appointed and welcomed Jean-Frédéric Berthoud as a new member of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Berthoud, as a retired director of the Department of Economy of the Canton of Vaud, will be a valuable asset for the strategic development of Elanix.

Francfort, le 10 février 2023 - Le président du conseil de surveillance d'Elanix Biotechnologies AG ("Société", "Elanix") Marco Christen a informé le PDG qu'Yves Bonnard a démissionné du conseil de surveillance en raison d'engagements professionnels.

Le Conseil d'administration tient à remercier Yves Bonnard pour son engagement au sein du Conseil de surveillance.

Le tribunal d'instance de Berlin a nommé des successeurs, après que le Conseil ait proposé un candidat approprié.

Le Conseil de Surveillance d'Elanix Biotechnologies AG ("Société", "Elanix") a nommé par ordre juridique Jean-Frédéric Berthoud pour devenir membre du Conseil de Surveillance avec effet immédiat.

Aujourd'hui, le Conseil de Surveillance d'Elanix Marco Christen comme Président du Conseil et Murielle Michetti, Vice-Présidente, ont nommé et accueilli Jean-Frédéric Berthoud comme nouveau membre du Conseil de Surveillance. M. Berthoud, en tant que directeur retraité du Département de l'économie du canton de Vaud, sera un atout précieux pour le développement stratégique d'Elanix.
