Mr. Adam Pelzman is a Managing Director at Gainline and the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer.
He also serves as the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer.
Prior to co-founding Gainline, Mr. Pelzman was a Managing Director at CAI Private Equity.
He served on the firm’s Investment Committee and was responsible for transactional due diligence, executing private equity transactions and overseeing portfolio companies .Before joining CAI, Adam was a Director at Lincolnshire Management, Inc. from 2009 through 2012.
He previously founded and managed a corporate investigations and due diligence firm, was the founder of M31 Ventures LLC (a FinTech venture capital firm) and was an investment professional in Marsh & McLennan's private equity group.
He began his career as a corporate lawyer at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and is a licensed attorney.
Adam has been a guest lecturer in the UCLA Department of Economics and the UCLA School of Law on the topic of private equity.
Mr. Pelzman served as a director or officer of numerous companies, including Shred-Tech Corporation and CSAT Solutions Holdings LLC Mr. Pelzman received a BA in Russian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the UCLA School of Law.
