Profil
Prior to his role at Kenda Capital, Mr. Dequae spent 11 years in various technical, commercial and legal positions.
He joined Shell in 1995 as a Petroleum Engineer, working off- and onshore in The Netherlands, Namibia and the United Kingdom.
In 2001 he became a Commercial Advisor in Shell's Middle East new business development group.
In 2004 Mr. Dequae was seconded to Taylor Wessing's dispute resolution department in London.
At the end of 2004, he returned to Shell and became a Legal Counsel at Shell International, advising primarily on upstream petroleum contracts and technology venture capital transactions.
Mr. Dequae holds both a LLB (Hons) Law Degree from the University of London and a M.Sc.
in Geosciences from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium.
