Mr. David Wagner is a Senior Managing Director & Portfolio Manager at PPM America, Inc. He is responsible for investment and allocation decisions for the firm’s floating rate income strategy and collateralized loan obligations which are managed on behalf of investors globally.

Mr. Wagner earned a master’s degree in management and marketing from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin.
