Dr. Georgios A. Savvakis is a Director of Equity Research & Corporate Finance at Valuation & Research Specialists (VRS).
He has over 20 years of professional experience in the buy-side and the sell-side.
His experience is focused on corporate finance and value-related advisory services to a wide range of Greek and international corporate clients across different industries and sectors.
His prior experience includes C-level executive and senior positions at Greek leading brokerage firms, investment committees of insurance companies and NPL servicing companies.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Athens, an MBA in Finance from the Athens University of Economics & Business, an MPhil in Economics from the University of Athens and a PhD in Financial Economics from the University of Athens.
