Before founding the firm, Mr. Dean was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Cambridge Global Asset Management, having joined there in 2011 as an Analyst.
Previously he spent 3 years as a Canadian Analyst covering consumer and infrastructure at Fidelity Investments.
He has a degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
He is also a CFA charterholder.
