Jerry Stapp is a Managing Director of GI Partners.

Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Stapp was a Principal at Siris Capital in New York where he was focused on private equity investments in the Technology and Telecom sectors.
Earlier in his career, he worked in private equity at Veritas Capital and in investment banking at Evercore Partners.
